Why does the Doyle PTA Fundraise?
We fundraise to help support our school with things that the school district does not provide. Doyle Gives is one of our two large fundraisers a year to help bring in the funds we need to keep the extra day of library and all the other extras the PTA provides at Doyle. Just some of what we provide:
Why just donations?
We have consistently heard from our families that they are too busy to buy or sell things to help us fundraise, so we designed this to be a no-hassle fundraiser. Just donations!
How can I help?
Donate online with a credit card at doylepta.org, or return the envelope sent home with your student with cash or a check made to Doyle PTA. Also, check to see if your company does corporate matching here for double the donation!
What will my student receive for my donation?
The PTA will be able to keep providing everything it does today to ALL Doyle students (see our flyer below), additionally, please see rewards section of flyer below.

We fundraise to help support our school with things that the school district does not provide. Doyle Gives is one of our two large fundraisers a year to help bring in the funds we need to keep the extra day of library and all the other extras the PTA provides at Doyle. Just some of what we provide:
- $12,000 to each grade for additional things to enrich our students education, in the past teachers have purchased: Classroom magazines: Scholastic, Storyworks, Time for Kids; classroom books, entry fees for field trips, additional field trip buses, Brain Pop Jr., Pebble Go, additional supplies that are needed, grade only presentations, and so many other things.
- An additional day of library so our students can go to the library EVERY week instead of every other week
- Second Step, a social-emotional learning program for the school
- Brain Pop / Brain Pop Jr. subscription for the school
- ALL playground and PE equipment
- A bus for every classroom for field trips (hopefully later this year)
- School assemblies (virtual and when possible, in person)
- Special Education grant
- $100 for supplies for each classroom
- Supplies for the School Garden
- Red folders and planners that your student brings home
- new books for the Doyle Library
- and so much more (including PTA programs like our California Read reading program, Red Ribbon Week and family events)!
